Job Description ## About the jobWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creator Performance Coordinator to support data input, management, and reporting across a high-volume influencer marketing program at Fresh Tape Media. Fresh Tape Media is a NYC- and Denver-based creative production company that collaborates with clients across the U.S. and internationally to bring ideas to life: from concept development and video and photo content creation to full-scale production and event fabrication.

In this role, you’ll work closely under the guidance of the Performance Analyst to ensure performance data is accurate, consistent, and up to date, playing a critical role in maintaining clean reporting that helps the broader team turn campaign results into meaningful insights.
** Responsibilities:
** Data Management & Accuracy
* Input, organize, and maintain influencer performance data across platforms (You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc.)
* Ensure reporting trackers, spreadsheets, and dashboards are accurate and consistently updated
* Maintain data hygiene across tools like Tubular, Creator

IQ, and internal trackers
* Identify missing data, inconsistencies, or reporting gaps and escalate appropriately

Reporting & Analyst Support
* Support the Data Analyst by preparing raw data, pulling platform metrics, and flagging discrepancies
* Assist in the assembly of internal and client-facing performance reports

Campaign & Cross-Functional Coordination
* Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements
* Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure reporting inputs are complete

* Basic Qualifications:

*** 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, analytics, operations, or a related field (internships included)
* Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and data entry
* Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, CTR)
* Willingness to learn analytics and influencer measurement tools (e.g., Tubular, Creator

IQ)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions
* Interest in influencer marketing, social content, and digital performance
* Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable is a plus
