Job Title: Founding GTM Lead, Americas

Salary: Up to $170,000 base; 50/50 OTE;
Total compensation up to $340,000

Location: New York based, with responsibility for the Americas

Work Type: Permanent

The role is in a crypto‑focused SaaS business operating in a mission‑critical, risk and compliance driven space. The platform supports organisations where security, resilience, and trust are non‑negotiable, protecting digital assets for a large and growing B2B customer base. The business is VC backed, Series B, and has recently secured additional funding to support its next phase of growth. Following a period of reset and stabilisation, the strategy is clear, leadership is in place, and the focus is on disciplined execution and new logo growth.

This is a founding GTM hire and the first commercial presence on the ground in the US. You will work closely with senior leadership, owning the Americas GTM motion end to end. This is not a role to come in and redesign the strategy; it is about taking what is already in place and executing hard against it. You will join a business where impact is visible, decision making is close, and accountability matters.

Longer term, there is an opportunity for this role to grow into a Head of Americas position as the regional presence scales.

Responsibilities
  • You will own new logo acquisition across the Americas, taking full responsibility for the sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting through to close.
  • You will build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outbound activity, your existing network, and market engagement, with no reliance on inbound leads.
  • You will run complex B2B sales cycles, engaging senior commercial and technical stakeholders including the C‑suite, clearly articulating value around risk mitigation, security, and digital asset protection.
  • You will act as the face of the business in the Americas, representing the company with prospects, partners, and at industry events.
  • You will work closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing clear commercial feedback to influence product direction and future GTM execution.
  • You will help establish early GTM foundations, including messaging, target account strategy, and deal playbooks that future hires will scale.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience closing complex B2B SaaS deals in a new business or hunter role
  • Background in crypto or digital asset infrastructure is ideal, with risk, compliance, insurance, or security SaaS also highly relevant
  • Strong track record of building pipeline from scratch without inbound support
  • Comfortable selling to senior commercial and technical stakeholders
  • High level of autonomy, resilience, and ownership mindset
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a founding style environment
  • Strong commercial judgement with a focus on execution
