Overview

As VP, Alternative Credit Data Solutions, you’ll work with great people, pioneering products, and cutting‑edge technology. CRS focuses on delivering accurate and actionable data and insights for consumers, businesses, and assets worldwide.

Responsibilities

In this global leadership role you will manage the teams overseeing product management for a diverse set of U.S. and international alternative data credit products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the short‑term lending data bureau, a key asset in the U.S. market.
  • Overseeing owned and third‑party data sets and the products that they power for Trans Union customers across financial services, insurance, media, telco, tenant and employment markets.
  • Working closely with data acquisition, global technology, and third‑party data provider relationships.
  • Ensuring commercial success by collaborating with Sales, Markets, ৰাজটো Technology, Analytics, and other matrix partners.
  • Creatingಬೇಕ and managing the short‑term lending platform strategy, including backlog and sunset planning.
  • Defining overall resource needs across solutions, technology, compliance, analytics, and operations.
  • Developing, owning, and executing global product roadmaps with dedicated product managers.
  • Managing existing products, including alternative and blended attributes, scores, and revenue plans.
  • Directing a team of Product Managers to realize your product vision.
  • Driving go‑to‑market activities, platform KPIs, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Assessing global opportunity to expand similar solutions internationally.
  • Prioritizing top use cases, negotiating terms, and completing GTM, incentive alignment, and sales training for new markets.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive product or定位management experience with P&L responsibility, in Financial Services or information services.
  • Deep familiarity with credit data; data science background not required, but ability to interpret and guide complex data science work.
  • Strong collaborator with a problem‑solving, design‑thinking, customer‑centric mindset, highly curious.
  • Solid organizational, project management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, comfortable managing multiple assignments and a global team.
  • Strong product management discipline with demonstrated success leading cross‑functional product teams.
  • Exudes accountability and ownership, passionate about the fundamental customer/consumer problem.
  • Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking.
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations.
  • Very strong written andstuk commercial communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required validators Master’s degree a plus.

As Vice President, you’ll be the accountable product manager for the Short‑Term Lending (STL) product אימות and the global alternative data solution portfolio. You will act as a general manager and P&L owner, driving product evolution and market leadership to enable Trans Union’s growth in this segment and beyond.
