Overview Team Overview

The Publicis Connected CRM team accelerates transformation across the Groupe by integrating data, technology, and services to connect paid and owned channels. In partnership with Epsilon and select third-party providers, the team enables clients to deliver personalized customer experiences that drive engagement and growth.

Role Overview

Within the broader Connected CRM team, the CRM Services Growth team drives Publicis Groupe client adoption of CRM Strategy and Operations Managed Services Mar Tech solutions across Publicis' client base. The CRM Services Agency Growth Lead role will serve as the dedicated Services growth leader for a specific agency, enabling Publicis Media / Groupe clients to achieve their business goals and at the same time, drive net-new services revenue for the Groupe.

  • The CRM Services Agency Growth Lead role will establish strong relationships with agency & client leadership, help stakeholders navigate the PDX organization by accessing the right sales support, and connect with the Groupe Media Solutions / Groupe Tech Solutions teams to facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate needs to possess a proven track record of building narratives that are focused on CRM service business outcomes, Mar Tech and services understanding, articulating the benefits to clients / client teams by demonstrating the value based outcomes of connected funnel CRM Services solutions. A deep understanding of the data, digital AdTech and Mar Tech landscape is key along with the ability to lead a cross-functional team.

    Additionally, an understanding of the CRM Services market landscape and experience selling CRM Services will be key. This individual and team will participate in a compensation structure that rewards achievement of CRM Services growth goals focused on driving holistic client and business growth.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as CRM Services Agency Growth Lead aligned to Groupe agency, partnering closely to strategize, develop & execute against sales opportunities of CRM Services solutions / offerings
  • Achieve quotas assigned by the Groupe annually across CRM services
  • Support CRM Services Growth Leader on CRM business development pursuits in collaboration with PDX agencies from initial cultivation through to contract signature. Collaborate with PDX agencies on the development of clear, concise proposals with an appropriate level of detail that identify client needs, the right solutions / commercials
  • Establish and execute a pipeline strategy for achieving sales targets through the appropriate stages of the sales cycle within your agency base. Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
  • Cultivate a team-focused, collaborative mentality across support teams. Build and maintain strong relationships across Publicis, Epsilon and Mar Tech Partnership teams to ensure successful sales efforts and positive customer experience
  • Update key stakeholders within Connected

    CRM, the Groupe growth team and key agency partners on achievements and goals
  • Identify and employ strategies to connect and cross-sell Groupe solutions to best serve clients
  • Manage the complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our Services offerings including strategy, analytics, marketing ops, and creative services to clients in respective agency pods
  • Identify relevant industry trends and client needs to inform Groupe product priorities / roadmap
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of data driven marketing experience; 5+ years of media / CRM agency experience
