  • Manage conversion tracking and ensure all campaigns are properly tracked.
  • Develop plans and apply learnings to create best‑in‑class executions.
  • Serve as the CTV expert, platform partner, and trend‑spotter.
  • Maintain and develop strong professional relationships internally and externally.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep understanding of Connected TV and OTT, with experience using self‑service media buying tools (e.g., Amazon DSP).
  • Experience with Direct Response campaigns and attribution/conversion tracking.
  • Experience with app campaigns and mobile marketing attribution tools such as Apps Flyer or Kochava.
  • Problem solver, excellent troubleshooting and QA skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven project management, self‑organization, and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and reporting.
  • Reasonable availability to respond to requests and attend real‑time campaign needs outside normal business hours.
  • Willingness and flexibility to pitch in with various ad‑hoc projects to support the larger Media Strategy & Analytics team, including cross‑functional support to other bid‑based buyers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country applying.
