Security Scorecard is seeking a visionary Head of UX to define and drive the long-term user experience strategy for our cybersecurity platform. This role is responsible for shaping how design influences product direction at the highest level, establishing a clear UX vision, aligning cross-functional leaders around shared principles, and ensuring customers have a cohesive and meaningful experience across our entire product ecosystem.

As Head of UX, you will lead the evolution of our design organization, champion a culture centered on customer insight, and elevate the role of UX as a strategic partner in the business. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market leadership to guide the future of Security Scorecard’s user experience and ensure that design thinking informs company-wide decision making.

• Define and articulate a company-wide UX vision and north star

• Drive the UX strategy

• Empower a culture shift toward a design-led product development
  , embedding design principles, customer insights, and experience outcomes into roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
• Build organizational alignment around experience principles, customer needs, and the value of design-led decision making.
• Serve as a strategic partner to product and engineering leadership
  , influencing roadmaps, investment decisions, and customer outcomes through a clear UX perspective.
• Strengthen the role of research and insights
  , ensuring they guide product decisions and help the company anticipate customer needs, not just react to them.
• Evolve and scale the UX organization
  , shaping team structure, roles, and operating models that support a high-performing, strategic design function.
• Evangelize the value of design systems and experience standards as foundational components of a scalable, cohesive product ecosystem.
• Represent UX at the executive level

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of UX or product design experience, including 5+ years leadership experience guiding teams and shaping product strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to set a UX vision, influence executive stakeholders, and lead strategy for complex SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience driving UX strategy in data-rich or highly technical domains; cybersecurity familiarity is a plus.
• Proven ability to create cross-functional alignment and elevate UX as a strategic function within an organization.
• Deep knowledge of user experience, interaction design, and research practices, with an emphasis on strategic application over execution.
