About The Role
At Converge Marketing, the Paid Media Specialist (Search, Social, Programmatic) plays a critical role in driving client success through expertly executed paid media strategies. This is a hands-on position requiring deep technical expertise across multiple channels, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has recent, proven experience activating, setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.
Core Responsibilities- Plan, activate and optimize campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: audience targeting, keyword research, bid strategies, pacing, and budget management to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with account, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated strategies and exceptional client service.
- Support new business efforts with channel expertise, media planning, and pitching when required.
- Recent, hands-on experience activating and optimizing campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Strong background in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in major platforms:
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linked In Campaign Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, additional social buying platforms, additional search buying platforms, and leading programmatic buying tools such as The Trade Desk. - Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic platforms are a plus.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
- 3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience in Search, Social, and Programmatic campaign management.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Home Services, Healthcare, and Insurance industry experience a plus.
