Know Your Customer (KYC) and detections MAP (Management Action Plan) execution involves several key responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing the effectiveness of customer due diligence processes.

• Customer Identification and Verification:
  Conduct thorough identification and verification of customers using reliable, independent source documents, data, or information.
• Risk Assessment:
  Evaluate the risk level associated with each customer based on factors such as transaction patterns, geographic location, and business type.
• Monitoring Transactions:
  Continuously monitor customer transactions to detect suspicious activities or anomalies that may indicate money laundering or other illicit activities.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of all KYC processes and report any suspicious activities to relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
• Compliance Management:
  Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML).

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of Regulations:
  Familiarity with AML regulations, KYC procedures, and relevant legal frameworks is essential.
• Analytical

  Strong analytical skills to assess risk levels and identify suspicious activities.

  Certifications such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) are advantageous.
