Overview

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate to help build and drive the strategy for our Emerging Affluent segment—a high-potential group representing millions of customers. In this highly visible role, you will help redefine how Chase acquires, engages, and deepens relationships with customers whose affluence is on the rise, positioning us to capture a greater share of their expanding wealth.

As a Product Manager within the Emerging Affluent segment team, you will support promoting the end-to-end development of this segment, from refining key metrics and definitions to shaping the strategic direction for new product promotions, acquisition testing, and omni-channel experiences. Leveraging customer research and data-driven insights, you will identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and recommend solutions that foster engagement and satisfaction.

You will partner across lines of business and with teams in product, marketing, analytics, technology, risk, and compliance to align strategies, share insights, and inform future roadmaps. With direct exposure to senior executives, your impact will be central to Chase’s growth agenda and the future of our affluent banking strategy.
