Senior Product Designer

As a founding designer, you’ll own design end-to-end—creating the standards, systems, and experiences that will define the product and brand for years to come.

NOTE:
This is an in person 4 days a week in NYC role.

• Lead design across mobile apps, web products, marketing pages, and internal tools, simplifying complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, confidence-inspiring experiences.
• Establish our design system from day one, creating scalable components and patterns that help teams move faster and stay consistent.
• Deliver high-quality visual design with strong hierarchy, refined UI, and a modern aesthetic that builds trust with users.
• Turn ambiguous challenges into clear concepts, prototypes, and thoughtful tradeoffs that guide decision-making.
• Combine user research and product data to uncover insights and advocate for user-centered solutions.
• Work side-by-side with engineering, product, and leadership to influence product direction and ensure cohesive end-to-end experiences.
• Set a high standard for design craft, feedback, and collaboration across the organization.

• 6–7+ years of product design experience with full ownership of projects from concept to launch, ideally in consumer-facing products.

• Strong visual instincts with a high bar for detail, polish, and usability.
• A research- and data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments and shipping quickly.
• Clear communicator who shares thinking openly and collaborates effectively across teams.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Versatility across interaction design, UI, prototyping, and light brand work.
