About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and proactiveD365 Business Analystto join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in configuring, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) applications, with a strong focus on retail operations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions that drive performance and deliver value.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is solution-oriented, detail-driven, and ready to make an impact across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering:
  Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and goals.
• Solution Design:
  Configure and design D365 solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Implementation:
  Lead application deployments, including data migration and system integration efforts.
• Customization:
  Adapt the D365 platform to improve functionality, usability, and the overall user experience.
• Testing:
  Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure system reliability and alignment with requirements.
• Training & Support:
  Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and use of D365.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, workflows, and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with deep knowledge in:
• Retail & Commerce
• MPOS
• Pricing (Trade Agreements & Retail Pricing)
• Product Management
• Inventory Management
• Sales & Marketing
• IVS experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong understanding of how business processes align with D365 features.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification and experience with Azure Dev Ops are strong advantages.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
