- Define and track success metrics for adoption and impact, continuously refining the engagement model
- 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, technical pre-sales, program management, or a related field
- Experience driving scaled enablement, adoption, or change management initiatives
- Comfort working with AI-powered tools and customer journey design
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making
- Experience with orchestration concepts in technology-driven environments
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
