The Role
We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead go-to-market strategy and scale presence across fintech, banking, corporate, payments, and digital asset ecosystems. This is a player-coach role
: you will drive strategic enterprise deals and high-impact partnerships while mentoring and managing a high-performing sales and partnerships team. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will define and execute a combined sales and partnership strategy, cultivate senior-level relationships, and influence cross-functional alignment to drive adoption and integration of core products and services.
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting fintech, banking, corporate, and payments sectors
- Set and exceed ambitious revenue targets while maintaining pipeline health and accurate forecasting
- Design scalable, data-driven sales processes for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Implement top-tier pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team experienced with financial institutions and fintechs
- Instill a culture of accountability, consultative selling, and continuous growth
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with leaders in fintechs, banks, corporates, and payments providers
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align messaging, pricing, and product-market fit
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and client engagements to enhance brand presence
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within fintech, banking, payments, or digital asset ecosystems
- Proven track record defining and executing go-to-market strategies
- Experience designing scalable, data-driven sales processes for enterprise deals
- Strong background recruiting, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams
- Experience working at a successful startup or scale-up
- Based in New York and comfortable with hybrid work
