Shape transformative learning experiences for vocational students and educators while establishing design practices at a mission-driven startup.

• End-to-End Experience Design
• Architect intuitive interfaces across web/mobile platforms serving:
• Educators
  :
  Class management systems with automated insights

• System & Process Leadership
• Component libraries scaling across 5+ product surfaces
• User research cadence (weekly prototype testing)
• Cross-functional handoff protocols with engineering

Validate solutions through:

• Mixed-method research (NPS surveys + usability labs)
• A/B testing key flows (e.g., course enrollment conversion)
• Behavioral analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel integration)
• Partner with PMs on quarterly roadmap planning
• Co-create engineering specs for complex interactions

• 5+ years shipping consumer-facing products (EdTech/healthtech bonus)
• Portfolio demonstrating:
  Systems thinking across iOS/web ecosystems
• Startup DNA – thrives in 0→1 environments requiring rapid context-switching
• Build career-defining products impacting 10K+ annual learners
• Pioneer accessibility standards for non-traditional student populations
• Shape design culture through mentorship of junior hires
