Technical Test Lead

Infosys is seeking a Test Lead with OMS experience.

As a QA Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Lead test strategy development, design, execution and reporting for Utilities Outage Management System projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and test plans.

Guide testing activities ensuring defect‑free high quality solutions.

Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent, with 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship;
  Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
• Located within commuting distance of New York, NY or willing to relocate to the area; must travel to office all 5 days.
• Good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple projects.
• Analytical and strong communication skills.

• 4+ years of experience leading Utilities Outage Management System projects – planning, strategizing, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills – ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience in test strategy and test design.
• Working experience with ADO.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Experience with Utilities domain.
• Experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
• Ability to analyze test reports/results and provide high level recommendations.
• Ability to create test data.
• Strong analytical skills.
