Role Overview

Promptelligence is a fast-growing brand at the intersection of AI, public-safety reform, mental-health advocacy, and author-driven thought leadership. We need a Social Media Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and scale our digital presence across all major platforms. The specialist will create high-impact content that drives book sales, course signups, newsletter growth, and overall brand authority.

Core Objectives

Increase brand visibility across Linked In, X, Threads, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook.

Grow the Promptelligence audience with targeted messaging for:

Dispatchers and public-safety professionals
AI and tech audiences
Mental-health communities
Educators and transformation leaders

Drive measurable engagement: comments, shares, saves, clicks, and conversions.

Promote the Promptelligence book catalog and workbook series.

Support launches of new courses, speaking engagements, and media appearances.

Primary Responsibilities

Create short-form daily content (posts, carousels, quotes, micro-essays, AI graphics).
Repurpose long-form content into structured social media formats.
Write compelling captions optimized for SEO and social algorithms.
Build platform-specific posting calendars.
Run basic ad campaigns with clear ROI tracking.
Identify trending topics to tie into mental health, AI, and 911 reform.
Design branded graphics aligned with the Promptelligence identity.
Manage community interactions: replies, DMs, comments.
Coordinate cross-promotion with influencers, dispatch centers, and specialty groups.

Required Skills

Strong copywriting (short, punchy, persuasive).
Knowledge of brand storytelling and emotional hooks.
Experience with Canva or equivalent tools.
Proof of running growth or engagement campaigns.
Ability to speak to audiences in trauma-informed, credible, no-nonsense language.
Understanding of AI landscape and emergency-communications ecosystem is a plus.
