Technical Test Lead – Devops, Selenium Automation, API, CICD
We are seeking a Technical Test Lead for a full-time position in Long Island City, NY. The client is willing to provide relocation assistance.
Role: Technical Test Lead – Devops, Selenium Automation, API, CICD
Duration: Full Time
Location: Long Island City, NY
Qualifications:
- Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
- Preferred:
- 4 years of experience in software development process including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning
- 4 years of experience in Automation scripting and framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Jasmine, Protracter, Java, Web services, CI/CD
- Translate business and systems requirements into technical test requirements
- Experience in QA processes, Test Strategy, Test Design, Test execution analysis & reporting.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain manual test cases and automated tests scripts.
- Actively contribute in the day-to-day planning, design, execution, and reporting of manual test cases and automated test scripts
- Follows software engineering principals in development of automation, manual test cases, software tools, and SQL.
- Understand and apply test driven design concepts to test and debug automated solutions or manual test executions and software utilities developed by self and others.
- Deliver accurate and maintainable code for test automation and software utilities.
- Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Should have strong leadership skills
- Should have experience in Agile and Dev Ops methodology
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
