A mission-driven organization transforming the therapy and developmental support space is seeking an experienced Process Project Manager to identify, fix, and prevent operational bottlenecks across a growing organization. This is a senior, execution-focused role for someone who has successfully led process improvement initiatives and implemented scalable systems in fast-growing environments.
This is NOT
an entry-level or learning role. The ideal candidate has already driven meaningful operational change and can quickly diagnose where workflows break down and how to fix them.
The Process Project Manager will own the identification and resolution of operational inefficiencies across teams and functions. This role works cross-functionally to streamline workflows, improve handoffs, reduce delays, and ensure the organization can scale efficiently and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities- Identify recurring operational bottlenecks across departments including operations, product development, supply chain, customer experience, and internal workflows
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from discovery and analysis through implementation and optimization
- Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives
- Develop clear SOPs, documentation, and operating rhythms to prevent issues from recurring
- Track performance metrics to ensure process improvements deliver measurable, lasting results
- Act as a change agent to drive adoption, accountability, and alignment across teams
- Proven experience in process improvement and project management roles
- Demonstrated success removing operational bottlenecks and improving efficiency
- Experience working in scaling or high-growth organizations
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to assess cross-functional impact
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly aligned with teams
