Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

4– 7 years experience testing highly distributed, complex eCommerce Platforms

At least 2-3years hands-on scripting (automation) experience in any of the following languages – JAVA, Python, Ruby, Groovy, or similar

Experience in front end automation technologies like Selenium-RC (Web-driver), Watir or similar

Experience with Agile Methodologies, SDLC and testing methodologies, including functional, regression and system testing

Strong knowledge of automation tools and report builders.

Estimate QE effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes. Must be able to independently handle major code releases, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.

Ability to develop strong relationships across levels and functions. Identify technical areas for improvement and make detailed business cases for improvements or new areas of opportunities.

Develop industry and product technical expertise.

Expected to deliver consistently with little supervision.
