Job Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

Duration: Long Term

Mode of Hire: Contract / CTH

Location: NYC, NY

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS & 1 year mandatory implementation experience on Oracle Fusion Financials (MUST HAVE)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (On premise or on the cloud)
  • Minimum 8+ years of Implementation experience in Oracle Financial Modules
  • Experience implementing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, FAH and R12 features such as SLA
  • Domain experience in Finance and Accounting preferably in the Capital Market industry or another desirable industry
  • Knowledge of SOX and US GAP is a must
  • Good communication skills and ability to articulate solutions to stakeholders at various levels, including business users and clients
  • Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, providing solution design, performing POCs, and demoing solutions for identified gaps using standard or customized solution sets
  • Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and experience serving as a lead consultant for the Finance suite
  • Ability to independently solve business requirements and recommend industry best practices
  • Capable of leading cross‑functional discussions to analyze requirements and brainstorm solutions
  • Good technical knowledge with a fair understanding of technical architecture is a plus and a must
