  • 5+ years of relevant experience in integrating Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with Power BI.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including report/dashboard development, data modelling, and DAX expressions.
  • Proven experience in integrating Service Now CMDB with Power BI, including data synchronization, connectors, and APIs.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Experience with other ITSM or ITOM tools, such as Jira, and Service Desk Plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
