Position Overview
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives, cross‑functional execution, and SOP/operational systemization. This is a Founder Core Team opportunity. You will sit in strategy rooms, own high‑velocity initiatives, and help architect how the company scales.
Instead of “managing tasks,” you will:
- Turn strategy into execution
- Turn results into systems that scale

Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Initiatives (AI / Brand / Business)
- Translate founder priorities into actionable plans with milestones & timelines
- Lead and support high‑priority cross‑functional projects
- Maintain project dashboards, status visibility, and outcome ownership
- Build SOPs & Operational Systems
- Convert recurring workflows into scalable SOPs & automation‑ready processes
- Reduce operational friction, increase efficiency & eliminate chaos
- Create documentation, internal knowledge base & repeatable playbooks
- Provide Strategic Analysis & Decision Support
- Conduct structured research & synthesize insights into clear recommendations
- Prepare briefs for decisions, prioritization frameworks & scenario analysis
What We Look For
Must‑haves
- Structured thinker who can break down complex problems
- Strong ownership—pushing projects to completion, not handoff
- Bias toward action and clarity over noise
- Comfort with ambiguity & building while flying
- U.S. work authorization. Open to H1B/OPT.
Great‑to‑haves
- Experience in e‑commerce / creator economy / startup environments
- Interest in AI agent, workflows, RAG, and systems thinking
- Capable of writing clearly and communicating succinctly
- MBA or graduate business training is a plus (not required)
