The RoleAs Vice President of Sales (US Launch), you’ll be the first commercial leader on the ground in New York—owning go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and client partnerships across the US. You’ll leverage existing global agreements to accelerate adoption while building out local relationships and opportunities from the ground up.

- Lead US revenue growth and establish the company’s commercial footprint across major agency holding groups and independent agencies.
- Leverage a major global partnership to secure and expand US activation opportunities.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan tailored to US client needs and market dynamics.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across agencies, brands and technology partners.
- Collaborate closely with global leadership teams across Product, Strategy and Partnerships.
- Serve as the face of the company in the US market—representing its vision and value at industry events and client meetings.
- Lay the foundations for a future US commercial team as the business scales.
- 8+ years of digital media or AdTech sales experience, ideally with agency holding groups and enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of programmatic supply paths, transparency challenges and emerging technologies reshaping ad trading.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working independently to establish a new market presence.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and deliver revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is a plus.
