$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

About The Role

We’re hiring founding BDRs to build Didero’s outbound engine and work with a high‑conviction AE team. You’ll target manufacturers and distributors and book qualified, multi‑threaded meetings with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Ops leaders. This is builder work: research, craft, iterate, win.

What You’ll Do

  • Own top‑of‑funnel: research accounts, craft sequences, cold call, email, and Linked In to create qualified meetings (SALs) and sales‑accepted opportunities (SAOs)
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with AEs to identify, prioritize, and break into high‑value target accounts - operating as a true partner in strategy, outreach, and deal orchestration
  • Map buying groups across Procurement, Supply Chain, Ops, Finance/AP, IT/ERP; multi‑thread and secure next steps
  • Personalize at scale: sharp, persona‑specific messaging that ties to labor, expedite, stockout, and working‑capital outcomes
  • Trigger‑based prospecting: watch for ERP rollouts (SAP/Oracle/Net Suite/Epicor), leadership changes, expansions, and M&A
  • Tight hand‑offs: make concise notes (pain, current process, stakeholders, required capabilities, timeline, next step) to enable founders and AEs
  • Relentless iteration: A/B test subject lines, talk tracks, and call opens; share learnings with the team weekly

You’ll be successful in this role if you…

  • Are a hunter with a team mindset: fearless on the phone; you book exec‑caliber meetings with operators (not just IT); work as a team
  • You're metrics driven: measure your experiments, track conversions, adapt
  • If you have experience in manufacturing, distribution and direct procurement
  • Write like a pro: concise, specific, and useful to a busy VP of Procurement
  • Run a disciplined process: every meeting has a next step; your CRM is pristine
  • Bring grit and coachability: you seek feedback, apply it, and ask for more

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in full‑time BDR/SDR or outbound roles selling SaaS into senior buyers in manufacturing / distribution
  • Consistent 120%+ quota
  • Strong phone presence and discovery chops; comfort speaking to process and financial impact
  • Excellent written communication
  • Clean CRM hygiene

Bonus Points For

  • Experience selling into senior Procurement / Supply Chain buyers (COO/CPO/Head of Supply Chain/ VP Procurement)
  • Working literacy in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Epicor, IFS etc.) and Procurement (Source-to-Pay) language
  • Built enablement artifacts others still use
