Flex is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own, optimize, and scale the systems, tooling, and architecture that power our go‑to‑market engine. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you'll helpful to manage systems and process supporting cross‑functional stakeholders across Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, Partner Success, Enablement, and Operations.
What You'll Do Systems Ownership & Optimization- Manage, maintain, and evolve Flex's revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Lean Data, Hubspot Marketing and Clay.
- Oversee end‑to‑end integrations and data flows between CRM and connected systems ensuring reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
- Implement new system features, enhancements, pilots, and workflows supporting the revenue team
- Conduct root‑cause analysis on complex system issues; implement fixes and elevate appropriately when deeper support is required.
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and alignment with Rev Ops architecture standards.
- Architect and deploy automated workflows, routing rules, validation logic, and revenue processes that support efficient GTM execution.
- Partner with Rev Ops leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, repeatable systems.
- Build, maintain, and optimize technical documentation, system diagrams, and solution designs.
- Maintain high‑quality CRM data through audits, deduplication, validation, and adherence to data governance principles.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and analysis by ensuring the underlying schema and processes produce accurate and reliable data. Collaborate with GTM analytics teams to support downstream reporting and BI consistency.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Partner Success to drive adoption, alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Provide user support, training, troubleshooting, and enablement to ensure systems are leveraged effectively.
- Recommend tooling decisions and improvements based on usage patterns, gaps, and GTM needs.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with direct experience supporting GTM teams in a high‑growth environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required);
Advanced Admin and / or Platform App Builder - Experience with key GTM systems such as Outreach, Lean Data, Hub Spot Marketing, Zoom Info, Gong / Chorus, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, GTM workflows, lead lifecycle, data models, and revenue process architecture.
- Experience providing systems support, including diagnosing complex issues and conducting risk analysis.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests based on business impact.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to independently scope, execute, and deliver systems initiatives.
- High EQ with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Detail‑oriented, systems‑driven, and passionate about building scalable, reliable infrastructure for GTM teams.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY / NJ / CA, the base salary pay range will be $100,000-$115,000.
