Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: New York

Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors and takes down impersonators and automates protection in hours, not weeks.

Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team.

About You:

We’re looking for an ambitious SDR who wants to grow fast—someone who can break into accounts, create signal in a noisy market, and fuel our sales motion. You’ll earn trust quickly and graduate into closing roles as you demonstrate impact.

What You'll Need to Bring:
  • Proven success in sales —or, if earlier in your career, a clear track record of grit, curiosity, and drive in a competitive environment.

  • Highly motivated, action-oriented, and unfazed by rejection—you see outreach as a craft and love finding creative ways to break through

  • Strong written and verbal communication—you know how to be concise, persuasive, and thoughtful in every interaction

  • Analytical and adaptable—you test new approaches constantly and are always looking for a better way to do things

  • Comfortable with ambiguity—you’re excited to build the plane as we fly it

What You'll Achieve
  • Joining a fast-growing VC-backed startup solving a critical problem with clear market pull, but massive white space still ahead

  • Partnering closely with our leadership team to shape our outbound motion, from target accounts to messaging and playbooks

  • Reaching out to CISOs, Threat Intel leads, and legal teams at some of the most recognizable brands in the world—via email, phone, Linked In, conferences, and creative campaigns

  • Becoming an expert on digital impersonation scams, domain abuse, and takedown strategy—serving as a trusted first point of contact for Fortune 500 security teams

  • Laying the foundation for a career in enterprise sales, with a clear path to Account Executive and leadership roles as we scale
