This role involves bridging business needs and IT solutions within the compliance technology field in a hybrid work setting in New York, NY.
As a full-time position, responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing technology solutions, and ensuring effective implementation.
The position requires proficiency with various technology solutions and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Translate complex global compliance requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Support the development and enhancement of compliance systems.
- Ensure compliance technology solutions meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status and outcomes to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in IT compliance, business analysis, or related roles in financial services.
- Proficiency in compliance tech solutions and regulatory reporting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
