Principal Blue Prism Consultant

Infosys is seeking Principal Blue Prism Consultant. As a Principal Blue Prism Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
• Location for this position is Richardson, TX. This position requires relocation and/or travel to project/client location.

• At least 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Blue Prism RPA development.
• Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture, control room, and queue management.
• Experience with Blue Prism cloud deployment and orchestration.
• Experience with Splunk, Service Now etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools:
  Bamboo, Bitbucket/Git Hub, XL Deploy.
• Knowledge of RPA governance, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) will be helpful.
• Exposure with other RPA platforms is helpful (e.g., UiPath).
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Blue Prism automation solutions.
• Manage and optimize BOTs in on‑prem and cloud‑based Blue Prism environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture.
• Drive CI/CD practices for RPA development using Bamboo, Bitbucket/Git Hub, XL Deploy, and other Dev Ops tools.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building within the team.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide Level 2 support for production BOTs, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Monitor BOT performance and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as queue management, credential updates, and environment health checks.
• Maintain and update support documentation and SOPs.
• Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk.
• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements and commits to Customer Success.
• Experience and desire to work in Global offshore/onshore model.
