We’re hiring a Desktop Support Specialist to support professional and administrative staff at a boutique investment bank headquartered in NYC
. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands‑on, self-directed, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment
.
- Provide desktop, application, and end-user support
- Troubleshoot Windows/Microsoft, networking, and video conferencing issues
- Support conference calls, mobile devices, and multiple offices
- Work with vendors and document issues in a ticketing system
- Active Directory Understanding (Mapping Drives, Unlocking Accounts, Network Printers)
- Knowledge of Intune, Web Ex, Teams, Zoom, and Citrix
- iOS and MacOS knowledge is helpful
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
