Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented communicator to support proposal development, pursuit storytelling, and go-to-market execution for key financial services accounts. This role focuses on crafting clear, compelling content that aligns with brand standards and resonates with clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop proposal content, pitch decks, and supporting materials.
Translate solution inputs into tailored, client-focused narratives.
Coordinate SMEs to refine messaging and value propositions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Create thought leadership pieces, case studies, and differentiator language.
Maintain boilerplate content, proof points, and recent wins.
Collaborate with creative and GTM teams on templates and collateral.
Manage timelines and review cycles for on-time delivery.
Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
0–2 years’ experience in proposals, marketing, or corporate communications.
Strong writing, editing, and summarization skills; ability to tailor tone for senior audiences.
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides; familiarity with GenAI tools a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Interest in financial services and client impact storytelling.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $60,000 - $70,000/year.
