Fortell is building breakthrough AI-powered hearing technology that redefines how people experience sound and connect with the world. Powered by custom silicon and advances in hearing science, our hearing aids help people hear, and live, with greater clarity and confidence.
We move fast, build with intention, and never lose sight of the people we’re building for. We’re bringing together exceptional minds in technology, science, design, and care–and we’re just getting started. If you want to help shape a new era of hearing technology, we’d love to meet you.
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to own the architecture, implementation, and technical governance of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for a leader who wants to shape core operational systems from the ground up, drive cross-company alignment, and ensure our Service Cloud and CRM infrastructure scales with the ambitious growth of our company. You will operate with high autonomy and be expected to think with scale in mind, raise flags early, challenge misaligned decisions, and ensure Fortell builds a world-class foundation for customer operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations that support Fortell’s hardware, service, and customer-support workflows.
- Develop and maintain core Service Cloud capabilities—including omni-channel routing, case workflows, knowledge, automations, and monitoring dashboards.
- Implement secure, compliant system controls, role hierarchies, permission sets, audit tools, and HIPAA‑aligned best practices.
- Set up and manage environments, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes that enable reliable, fast release cycles.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance, data quality, automation behavior, and cross‑system integrations to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate directly with cross‑functional teams and vendors to translate requirements into working configurations, integrations, and scalable solutions—surfacing risks and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- Document and train teams on new features, workflows, and operational processes to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support.
- Deep expertise across Salesforce Core, Service Cloud, and CPQ, including omni‑channel, case routing, order flows, digital engagement, and advanced automation
- Extensive experience architecting, implementing and scaling Salesforce CRM systems in high‑growth or highly regulated environments
- A demonstrated ability to operate independently, make forward‑looking architectural decisions, and confidently challenge incorrect direction
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly when bridging complex technical decisions with operational and business stakeholders
- A leadership mindset — you enjoy owning strategic systems end‑to‑end and driving outcomes that move the business forward
- Experience designing Salesforce architectures for complex hardware‑enabled, or customer‑support‑intensive products
- Background building scalable, compliant systems in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries
- Experience driving company‑wide tooling strategies and architecting integrations between Salesforce and engineering, analytics, or customer support platforms
