What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI/LLM applications across internal tools and client-facing products.
• Develop scalable AI infrastructure and reusable frameworks for model deployment and data processing.
• Apply advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and prompt engineering
  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring intelligent, data-driven insights into production.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI research and drive innovation across the organization.
• 5+ years total experience, with 2+ years focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Advanced Python skills and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index
  , and vector databases

• Deep understanding of RAG
  , embeddings, and prompt optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Background in a product-focused AI startup or fintech environment is highly preferred.
