** The dentsu technology team requires an experienced manager to join its Global EUC technology team. This role will report to the Head of EUC Governance.

The successful candidate will manage a third-line team of up to five individuals, supporting the appropriate region. Responsibilities include providing support to end users, managing business relationships and engaging in projects focusing on EUC services such as Microsoft 365, AD, Entra , Intune, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix.

Collaboration with the Global EUC Engineering teams, who own the global platforms, will be essential. They will provide support with knowledge, changes, major incident management, and ticket escalations.ation of EUC technologies and solutions.

** The dentsu technology team requires an experienced manager to join its Global EUC technology team. This role will report to the Head of EUC Governance. This is a hybrid position where you will go into the New York office a couple days a week.  The successful candidate will manage a third-line team of up to five individuals, supporting the appropriate region.

Responsibilities include providing support to end users, managing business relationships and engaging in projects focusing on EUC services such as Microsoft 365, AD, Entra , Intune, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix.  Collaboration with the Global EUC Engineering teams, who own the global platforms, will be essential. They will provide support with knowledge, changes, major incident management, and ticket escalations.

** Key Responsibilities
*** You will be the key contact within the region for EUC services, providing support, reassurance and guidance.
* You'll manage and support EUC services across Collaboration, Identity and Access, and Client Infrastructure EUC towers within a service management framework aligned with agreed standards and service levels.
* You will develop and manage staff within the EUC Governance team.
* Foster a practice of collaboration and continuous improvement within the EUC Governance team.
* You'll develop and maintain EUC policies, standards, and procedures in line with industry best practices and ITIL framework.
* Oversee the implementation and administration of EUC technologies and solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for EUC initiatives.
* Actively engage with change and problem management processes, supporting the delivery of technological change across EUC services.
* Create and manage knowledge base articles for EUC services and shift left tasks to the Service Desk or End User Services (Desktop Support) teams.* ## Qualifications and Experience
* Proven ability to write technical documentation such as operational runbooks.
* Management skills needed to handle innovation and change resulting from the implementation of new IT working practices.
* 5+ years of technical aptitude needed to handle innovation and change resulting from implementing new technology solutions.
* Proficient in ITIL IT service management, including change, incident and problem management.
* Proficient in scripting with Power Shell including Microsoft Graph.
* Strong technical expertise in Collaboration, Identity and Access, and Client Infrastructure.
* Qualifications in relevant EUC technologies (e.g., Okta, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Citrix, AVD).
* The ability to technically lead a team and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Involvement in implementing technology processes, policies and standards.
* Creation and management of Power Platform apps.
