The anticipated salary range for this role is between $ and $. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.

Provide expertise in Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Power BI, Data Factory, Synapse, and One Lake. Provide expertise in SAP Success Factors story reports and reporting center for all modules. Experience with Qualtrics survey tool – a plus. Design and implement analytics architecture, including data modeling and development using Microsoft Fabric components. Partner with the Reporting and Analytics HR function, HR IT, and Implementation Partner to ensure alignment for data usage across processes and stakeholders.

Lead a team of analysts developing reports and analytics using approved tools, templates, and methods. Ensure data governance policies are met and that data is available, accurate, and compliant, including monitoring and auditing quality, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Lead development and implementation of standard dashboards and reports roadmap. Build pipelines to the data lake/data warehouse using Microsoft Fabric tools.

Leverage knowledge of data warehouse and software development methodologies to contribute to project planning, resource estimation, and timeline development. Understand and document business requirements; analyze existing and/or new information and applications; propose potential solutions; and execute selected technology solutions. Facilitate consistent adoption of best practices, policies, and standards. Role Description Oversee the daily operations of HRIS platforms with a focus on maintaining unified, high-integrity employee data to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.

Manage system configurations, user permissions, and operational settings to ensure accurate data flow and accessibility for reporting users across HR functions.
