THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience, informed by data and research, for our cart and checkout flows. This is a critical, high-impact role focused on optimizing conversion, reducing friction, and building trust to drive significant revenue growth. You will be responsible for the entire user journey from the moment an item is added to the cart through payment confirmation, spanning multiple platforms (web, mobile, app).
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and writers to deliver solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You’ll work iteratively, testing and refining ideas quickly to learn what works.

RESPONSIBILITIES Be a great product designer- Understand our users deeply, what they’re looking for, what helps them decide, and what gets in their way
- Design cart and checkout experiences that reduce cognitive load, build trust, simplify complex transactional steps, and minimize cart abandonment
- Create visually appealing, accessible, and consistent interfaces across devices
- Translate insights from research and data to deliver scalable design concepts and detailed solutions that provide measurable value and impact
- Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our design system, ensuring eCommerce patterns work seamlessly across the platform
- Participate in critiques with openness and a growth mindset
- Stay curious, share inspiration, and keep expanding your craft
- Collaborate with your cross-functional squad to shape strategy and execution
- Advocate for user-centered design and high-quality standards
- Partner with engineers to ensure solutions are feasible and performant
- Consider platform nuances and opportunities across web and app
- 5+ years of professional experience designing for large-scale digital products, with examples of eCommerce experiences
- A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problem-solving, clear interaction flows, and polished, shipped designs
- A creative and strategic mindset with strong critical-thinking skills
- Experience defining patterns, building prototypes, and conducting user testing
- Proficiency in Figma, whiteboarding tools, and research platforms
- A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
