• Act as a trusted advisor to cross‑functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
• Mentor junior analytical staff on problem‑solving approaches and strategic frameworks

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar role
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex analytical projects with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
• Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related discipline
