Overview
We are building a secure, compliance-driven inventory management platform for regulated healthcare environments. The product replaces manual, paper-based workflows with a modern, auditable system that helps clinical and compliance teams maintain accurate inventory, trace activity, and prepare for audits with confidence.
This role is ideal for a senior full stack engineer who enjoys working across backend and frontend systems in a highly regulated domain and contributing to a mission‑critical healthcare product.
About the ProjectThe platform supports both manual and automated workflows for managing controlled substances in ambulatory care settings. It is designed with security, traceability, and regulatory compliance at its core.
Key capabilities include:
Perpetual inventory tracking
Activity traceability and discrepancy resolution
Blind count workflows for additions and removals
Audit-ready transaction history and reporting
Barcode and drug database integrations
Role-based access controls
Future integration with monitoring and compliance tools
Backend: .NET (modern versions), Entity Framework
Frontend: ReactJS
Database: Microsoft SQL Server
Cloud / Dev Ops: Azure, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
Nice to Have: Azure Dev Ops, Docker
Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based REST APIs and backend services
Build and optimize database interactions using SQL Server
Develop responsive, secure frontend components using ReactJS
Collaborate with product, QA, and Dev Ops teams to deliver features end‑to‑end
Participate in architecture and design discussions
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code
Support CI/CD and deployment workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Document technical decisions and contribute to shared knowledge
3+ years of experience in full stack software development
Strong experience with .NET and Entity Framework
Hands‑on experience with React
JS and modern JavaScript/Type ScriptSolid understanding of relational databases and SQL Server
Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Comfortable working in compliance‑driven or regulated environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
Exposure to Azure Dev Ops and containerization tools
Experience with barcode systems or drug-related databases
Familiarity with regulatory or audit‑focused systems
Knowledge of role‑based access control and secure coding practices
