Analyst, Application Support

• Troubleshoot production support issues reported by clients, documenting findings and triaging issues to the appropriate technical team
• Collaborate with new clients to implement the Portal platform according to their specifications
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria for assigned special projects
• Provide first-level support, including problem replication, triage, and resolution of issues
• Respond to escalations and incidents, providing timely updates to stakeholders during and outside of business hours

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare and/or Health Insurance
• Experience with SaaS or web applications
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Effective communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with JIRA Service Desk ticketing system and Confluence
• Experience with Salesforce
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, XML, and EDI/x12 transactions
• Customer service experience
