Senior UX​/UI Designer

Our client, a digital design agency based in New York, NY that partners with large, enterprise-scale brands, to hire a full-time Senior UX/UI Designer.

Must have experience in industries that are heavily regulated like financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to shape compelling user journeys across web applications and digital platforms. The position involves collaborating across disciplines to craft user-centered strategies, translating research insights into impactful design solutions उनको और guiding projects from concept through implementation.

This role is 3 days onsite per week in NYC.

• Develop and communicate user experience strategies based on research, client input, and competitive analysis; generate insights and opportunities to inform project direction.
• Design and prototype engaging, user-friendly digital experiences, features, and interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Produce and maintain a comprehensive UX/UI framework, including branded themes and component systems, ensuring consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure design quality and alignment with project goals; support development with necessary assets.
• Lead the strategic development of digital experiences by conducting audits, creating user journeys, and testing concepts through usability studies.

• Over 7 years of experience in agency or in-house UX design and production.
• At least 2 years of leading UX projects and overseeing creative teams or production efforts.
• A minimum of 2 years interacting directly with clients as a UX lead.
• Proven mastery of digital product design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
