Epic Systems Analyst - Ambulatory and Link

• Configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory and Link Epic application(s)
• Conduct business/systems analysis, requirements definition, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing support to end-users
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress
• Document workflows and create training materials for application implementation

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (2 years)
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• 3 years still ofTier professional experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
