The Role
We are looking for an experienced Global Program Manager (Clinical Operations) to take end-to-end operational ownership of a global Phase 3 clinical development program in Primary Aldosteronism (PA). This role requires strong late-stage clinical operations expertise, a hands‑on mindset, and the ability to manage complex global trials across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational execution of a global Phase 3 PA study from planning to delivery
- Own timelines, budgets, quality, and study deliverables
- Manage and oversee CROs, clinical sites, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate global clinical activities across US and EU
- Ensure compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines and maintain inspection readiness
- Act as the main operational interface to Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory teams
Your Profile
- Strong background in late-stage (Phase
3) clinical operations - Demonstrated experience in Primary Aldosteronism or related endocrine / cardiovascular clinical programs
- Proven hands‑on experience with CRO oversight and vendor management
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, compliance, and inspections
- Comfortable working in a lean biotech environment with high accountability
- Fluency in English;
German is a plus
