IT Infrastructure and Information Security Audit Manager

Internal Audit (IA) covers technology risk through the audit of technology functions and through technology audit procedures integrated in all audits. The role is to lead global audits for Technology functions with a primary focus on Infrastructure and Information Security.
Responsibilities- Lead global audits, including audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, and documentation in accordance with audit methodology.
- Conduct risk assessments, interacting with technology stakeholders and reviewing relevant metrics and material.
- Perform continuous monitoring, evaluating changes to risk profiles via key metrics and stakeholder interaction.
- Track audit issues, determining procedures required to validate issue closure.
- Apply data analytics techniques on audit engagements where relevant to enhance audit approach.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain abreast of cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure technology, regulatory changes, and audit practices.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT internal/external audit or second‑line IT functions within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of IT security controls, both technical and business, and leading IT infrastructure reviews (e.g., operating systems, databases, messaging, cloud, networks, vulnerability management, SOX, SOC).
- Experience assessing controls based on COBIT, NIST, SANS, ISO
27000 or other cyber security frameworks. - Relationship management skills – ability to collaborate with IT leaders and subject‑matter experts.
- Excellent time and project management skills, consistently delivering to deadlines.
- Very good presentation and report‑writing skills with minimal editing required.
- University degree in a technology discipline; CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent certifications required.
