As a Product Marketing Manager at Chainlink Labs, you'll be at the forefront of bringing world‑class Web3 infrastructure to market. You’ll lead the launch of new features and services, crafting compelling narratives and go‑to‑market strategies that span distributed finance (DeFi), capital markets, and/con. From defining positioning and messaging to coordinating cross‑functional execution, you'll ensure each launch is strategically sound and flawlessly delivered.
This role sits at the intersection of technical innovation and market adoption. You’ll work closely with product, go‑to‑market, content, and the wider marketing team to execute launches and campaigns that articulate the value of our offerings to both crypto‑native developers and enterprise stakeholders. Your work will help bridge the worlds of DeFi and traditional finance—translating complex technology into impactful business outcomes while keeping Chainlink’s messaging sharp, relevant, and ahead of the curve.

Drive Cross‑Channel Campaigns: Lead campaigns that reinforce Chainlink’s leadership and product narrative across key services. Develop audience‑specific strategies that align product goals with user needs across the marketing funnel.
Bridge Traditional and Onchain Finance: Help shape Chainlink’s narrative as a foundational layer for both DeFi and institutional finance by crafting positioning and GTM strategies that connect technical innovation to enterprise value.
Collaborate and Influence: Act as the go‑to marketing lead for your product category. Be a key partner across teams, consulted on all launches and strategic initiatives related to your portfolio.
Market Intelligence: Continuously synthesize user, market, and competitive insights to inform positioning and strategic decisions. Monitor trends in crypto, fintech, and enterprise infrastructure to keep messaging relevant and differentiated.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in banking, capital markets, or fintech.
