Job Summary

As a Vice President Product Manager in the Quick Deposit team, you will play a key role in delivering digital payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. responsibilities
  • Manage and refine product backlog items to drive value in line with business and stakeholder priorities.
  • Define scope and create functional and non‑functional JIRA epics and user stories.
  • Collaborate with technology, design, and support teams to deliver the product vision.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of product features by working closely with execution teams.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage cross‑team dependencies and risks.
  • Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders and partners to define capabilities and experiences that meet business and consumer needs.
  • Support day‑to‑day operational needs of the product and provide guidance on production issues.
  • Track and measure

    PLEMENT initiatives, monitor product metrics, and share Voice of the Customer insights.
  • Identify and strengthen risk and controls for products, working with Legal, Risk, deactivate, and Compliance partners.
  • Prepare for audits by supporting control فيه, evaluation, and regulatory exam readiness.
  • Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture and drive collaboration across teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience managing and executing product backlogs.
  • Agile project carot management experience, including use of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Git.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience with control design, risk assessment, and metrics development.
  • Experience with audit, control testing, and regulatory exam readiness.
  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots, while also managing execution details.
  • Strong influencing, partnership, and collaboration skills to drive cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑motivated, confident in ambiguous circumstances, and positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Well‑versed in both business and technology.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments.
