• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Ability to track project activities and alert management of potential risks

• Previous experience in managing compliance-related projects
• Familiarity with regulatory directives in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of application portfolio documentation and artifacts
