Job SummaryAs a Vice President Product Manager in the Quick Deposit team, you will play a key role in delivering digital payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Jobresponsibilities
- Manage and refine product backlog items to drive value in line with business and stakeholder priorities.
- Define scope and create functional and non‑functional JIRA epics and user stories.
- Collaborate with technology, design, and support teams to deliver the product vision.
- Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of product features by working closely with execution teams.
- Identify, communicate, and manage cross‑team dependencies and risks.
- Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders and partners to define capabilities and experiences that meet business and consumer needs.
- Support day‑to‑day operational needs of the product and provide guidance on production issues.
- Track and measure
PLEMENT initiatives, monitor product metrics, and share Voice of the Customer insights. - Identify and strengthen risk and controls for products, working with Legal, Risk, deactivate, and Compliance partners.
- Prepare for audits by supporting control فيه, evaluation, and regulatory exam readiness.
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture and drive collaboration across teams.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or related fields.
- Experience managing and executing product backlogs.
- Agile project carot management experience, including use of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Git.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge and experience with control design, risk assessment, and metrics development.
- Experience with audit, control testing, and regulatory exam readiness.
- Ability to think strategically and connect the dots, while also managing execution details.
- Strong influencing, partnership, and collaboration skills to drive cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated, confident in ambiguous circumstances, and positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Well‑versed in both business and technology.
- Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments.
