Vice President Product Manager – QuickDeposit

As a Vice President Product Manager in the Quick Deposit team, you will play a key role in delivering digital payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will ভাল manage product backlogs, define requirements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects. • Manage and refine product backlog items to drive value in line with business and stakeholder priorities.
• Define scope and create functional and non‑functional JIRA epics and user stories.
• Collaborate with technology, design, and support teams to deliver the product vision.
• Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of product features by working closely with execution teams.
• Identify, communicate, and manage cross‑team dependencies and risks.
• Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders and partners to define capabilities and experiences that meet business and consumer needs.
• Support day‑to‑day operational needs of the product and provide guidance on production issues.
• Track and measure
  
  PLEMENT initiatives, monitor product metrics, and share Voice of the Customer insights.
• Identify and strengthen risk and controls for products, working with Legal, Risk, deactivate, and Compliance partners.
• Prepare for audits by supporting control فيه, evaluation, and regulatory exam readiness.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture and drive collaboration across teams.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or related fields.
• Experience managing and executing product backlogs.
• Agile project carot management experience, including use of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Git.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge and experience with control design, risk assessment, and metrics development.
• Experience with audit, control testing, and regulatory exam readiness.
• Ability to think strategically and connect the dots, while also managing execution details.
• Strong influencing, partnership, and collaboration skills to drive cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, confident in ambiguous circumstances, and positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Well‑versed in both business and technology.

• Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments.
