Senior Data Scientist – Machine Learning Expert

Requirements

• Proven experience in deploying ML solutions in production environments (beyond just notebooks)
• Proficient in Python and SQL; strong foundational knowledge in machine learning (classification, ranking, clustering, evaluation)
• Experience with personalization, recommendations, and real-time decision‑making
• Proficient in AWS for deployment, scaling, and monitoring
• Effective communicator with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion

• Develop ranking and propensity models to determine the next best actions for Vicki based on contextual data and user behavior
• Implement real‑time scoring in AWS, ensuring low‑latency inference paired with monitoring, drift detection, versioning, and safe rollbacks
• Create data‑driven assistants using LLMs and RAG, capable of answering queries, summarizing campaigns, explaining anomalies, and analyzing feedback with traceability and guardrails
• Construct libraries for prompts, conduct model evaluations, reduce hallucinations, and establish quality standards for releases
• Curate datasets for machine learning and business intelligence, create Redshift views, and support Quick Sight dashboards used internally and by partners
• Integrate risk and anomaly signals to ensure that personalization and measurement remain unaffected by abuse
