This role is designed for a strategic technologist who thrives at the intersection of complex architecture and client relationship management. You will lead a high-impact transformation of a mature Sales Cloud environment, evolving it into a sophisticated revenue engine. As the Salesforce Solution Architect
, you will be the primary technical and functional authority for our Sales Transformation initiative. You are not just an architect; you are a trusted advisor who can bridge the gap between executive business goals and technical execution. Your mission is to overhaul the current Sales Cloud implementation by implementing advanced revenue intelligence features, optimizing territory management, and orchestrating a complex ecosystem of third-party managed packages that includes Spiff (Incentive Compensation), Cvent, Campaign Manager, Gong (Conversation Insights) & Seismic (Content Strategy).
- Solution Leadership: Lead design thinking/requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures.
- Strategic Design: Define the end-to-end solution design, ensuring a seamless flow between Salesforce and our Snowflake-based data foundation.
- Feature Transformation: Architect and oversee the implementation of advanced Sales Cloud features, specifically Revenue Intelligence and Territory & Quota Management
. - Managed Package Orchestration: Act as the technical lead for the implementation and optimization of key managed packages, including Spiff, Cvent, Seismic Campaign Manager and Gong
. - Technical Governance: Guide the development team on best practices, ensuring all solutions adhere to Salesforce multi-tenant limitations, security guidelines, and "clicks-not-code" principles where applicable.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with the Data Team to leverage the Snowflake connected data foundation, building advanced reporting and dashboarding suites that provide actionable executive insights.
- Client Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, provide "seeded vs. custom" recommendations, and navigate complex change management discussions.
- Prototyping & POCs: Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging features and high-risk requirements to validate feasibility before full-scale development.
- AI & Data Innovation: Architect and guide implementations on predictive and Generative AI features to make Revenue Operations more efficient with the right use of the CRM and external data.
- Complex Integrations: Design and implement sophisticated Integration Patterns (Request/Reply, Fire-and-Forget, Pub/Sub) to connect Salesforce with the Snowflake data foundation and other enterprise systems.
