BBD is looking for an outstanding Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for analytics projects as well as analytics engineering to support our product roadmap. This role encompasses data analytics, SQL coding, report design, and product development.

You will be surrounded by a team of experts in the analytics, machine learning, software development space who themselves have deep experience working for some of the best known global brands. The opportunity to learn and grow with our company will be tremendous and exciting.

Expert SQL user. Able to query complex data and translate numbers into business facing scalable reports.

Skilled in designing and visualizing information. Always storytelling.

Comfortable in questioning your own conclusions.

Skilled in seeing patterns and themes in data. Masterful synthesizer (or a genuine passion to become).

Communicate effectively: listening to understand and speaking with your audience in mind.

A champion of helping our customers be successful.

Expert SQL skills.

3+ years of work experience generating analytics on complex data sets. Experience with machine learning and statistical methods valuable.

Must have background and familiarity with BtoC companies and/or digital marketing.

Superb verbal and written communication to communicate internally and with business partners.

The ability to identify and ask the right questions of our customers to understand the business problem we need to help them solve.

Comfort and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Deep knowledge of Excel. Data visualization tools a plus. PowerPoint a super plus.
