About the Role
We are seeking three (3) experienced and dynamic Enterprise Agile Coaches to join our Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and play a critical role in leading the organization through its Agile Product Transformation. This role demands a unique blend of deep Agile expertise, hands‑on technical knowledge, and exceptional coaching skills. You will be instrumental in mentoring product teams, product leaders, and stakeholders to enhance Agile maturity, foster eat culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with CoE leadership to create and execute aో tailored Agile transformation coaching roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide hands‑on coaching to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and mid‑level leadership on Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Act as a trusted advisor, reinforcing Agile principles and guiding teams through the adoption of product‑focused practices to enhance delivery and business value.
- Partner with teams to identify and overcome challenges in Agile adoption.
- Design and deliver interactive workshops, training sessions, and labs to upskill teams and leaders on Agile principles, tools, and technical practices.
- Educate teams on engineering excellence, including Dev Ops, CI/CD, TDD, paired programming, and Lean principles.
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration among cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of learning by embedding effective retrospectives and metrics‑driven decision‑making.
- Analyze team performance data to identify improvement areas and implement actionable strategies.
- Standardize Agile practices, ceremonies, and workflows across teams.
- Leverage and optimize Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Align) for workflow streamlining and reporting.
- Work closely with teams and leadership to ensure a smooth Agile transformation journey.
- Foster collaboration and ensure activities align with the broader organizational transformation strategy.
- Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Agile
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in dedicated Agile coaching roles, with proven experience in large‑scale, complex Agile product transformations. - Technical Background:
Minimum of 5 years of software development experience. - Certifications:
Certified Agile Coach (ICP‑ACC, ICP‑ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent. - Comprehensive expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and their practical application.
- Deep understanding of technical practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev Ops.
- Strong systems‑thinking ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills. Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor.
- Experience transitioning organizations from traditional methodologies (Waterfall) to Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and product‑centric operating models.
- Understanding of organizational behavior and change management principles.
- Expertise in using Agile metrics to inform coaching and drive improvements.
- A proven track record of fostering continuous learning and technical excellence within teams.

Salary: $66,640.00 – $83,300.00
